Does a free download include every feature?
A free app download and optional paid design tools are different things. Check the software information for your model and the feature you want to use.
Does Paperly connect to a printer app?
Paperly has no app or automatic saving. A photo can preserve your note; printing that photo depends on the printer and its app.
